Tanjiro is naturally friendly to most of the people that he meets. Even when someone doesn't like him, or if he doesn't like someone, he goes out of his way to be polite. Obanai is the exact opposite, showing an open dislike for anyone who isn't Kagaya Ubuyashiki or Mitsuri Kanroji.

Muichiro was initially cold and seemed to display little emotion or sympathy. That changed after Tanjiro advised him to help people. Muichiro chose to follow this advice, and as a result, one of the people that he saved ended up saving his life in turn.
Muichiro'smemories of his past also came back, and his relearned compassion made him develop a soft spot for Tanjiro. He even showed clear favoritism towards Tanjiro during their training sessions, allowing Tanjiro to progress faster than all of the other trainees.

6 Likes Him: Nezuko Kamado Would Protect Tanjiro With Her Life
Nezuko is Tanjiro's younger sister. The two share an immensely strong bond, which only grew more powerful after they lost the rest of their family. Not only is Nezuko able to resist eating him after becoming a demon, but she always rushes to protect him. She is even willing to go into the sunlight for him, even when it could mean her end.
The two are completely devoted to each other and take turns saving each other throughout the series. Although Nezuko says little throughout the series, her love for her brother is clear.
5 Dislikes Him: Akaza Hates Tanjiro For Reminding Him Of His Past
Akaza had long forgotten about his memories as a human because he didn't want to remember his past. Tanjiro's words brought back those memories, which enraged the demon. When Tanjiro called Akaza a coward, Akaza was furious. He hated cowards, as cowardly people decided to poison the people that he loved.
Akaza also hated weakness, which was something he saw in Tanjiro from the moment that they met. 3 Dislikes Him: Muzan Kibutsuji Hated Tanjiro Because Of His Earrings
Tanjiro wore hanafuda earrings, which reminded Muzan of Yoriichi Tsugikuni. Yoriichi was the warrior that came close to killing him years ago, and Muzan never got over the humiliation of having to flee from a human. On top of this, Tanjiro promised Muzan that he would kill him. Muzan grew furious at this and ordered multiple demons to kill him.

Kanao didn't seem to have particularly strong feelings about him at first. Like Shinobu, she had a smile on her face most of the time, making her difficult to read. Tanjiro encouraged Kanao to make her own decisions, which allowed her to think for herself without relying on a coin flip. She cares for Tanjiro, showing concern whenever he gets injured, and she even risked her remaining vision to save him.

After losing his parents, Rui tried to recreate the familial bonds that he missed. He fostered a family, but in reality, he treated them cruelly.
